Shipping

​Do we ship to the UK?
We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries within the UK. Shipping prices commence at £3, depending on the size and weight of the package. You can expect dependable service and prompt delivery with each order. If you need further modifications or additional content, feel free to contact us.
Do we ship Internationally?
We send items through Royal Mail International Signed-For or FedEx for dependable shipping. Shipping costs are calculated individually, and you'll receive a quote via email after placing your order. Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

How long will the shipment take?
Orders are generally dispatched on the same day that cleared payment is received. Please be aware that no goods are dispatched on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

Virtually unused. The item will be unmarked and in the same condition as purchasing a brand new item.
Mint
Almost no visible marks. The item will have been lightly used and extremely well looked after.
Mint-
Item may show very fine marks on body.

Item may show slight signs of wear.

Would overall be in very clean condition however there might be some small cosmetic marks. A majority of these marks would only be visible under close inspection.

Would overall be in clean condition however there might be more cosmetic marks than Exc++. A majority of these marks would only be visible under close inspection. Occasionally there might be some scuff marks on the optics, but nothing that would affect optical performance.

Will show more signs of use (not abuse). Normally there might be scuff marks on the optics, but nothing that would affect optical performance.

Good
Will have more signs of cosmetic wear, maybe slight marks on the optics but is in functional condition.

Most of our used equipment are from collectors and keen amateurs. All in full working order unless otherwise stated and comes with 1 to 6 months guarantee.
Lenses will very rarely have any heavy marks on the elements or fungus, if they do so, we try our best to point out all the cosmetic marks and imperfections.

All our A12, A16, A24 & E Backs comes with new light seal fitted. We do not guarantee the Red/White indicators on
all V-Series Film Backs & Camera Bodies.

We are dedicated to maintaining the accuracy of all information presented on our website. We reserve the right to rectify any errors related to pricing, descriptions, and specifications as necessary. Please be informed that all prices and specifications are subject change without prior notice, and no VAT is charged on our pre-owned items.
Our cameras, lenses, and accessories come with a 6-month guarantee, while items priced at £500 or less may carry a guarantee of 1 to 3 months. Please note that batteries and certain accessories are not included in this guarantee. The guarantee covers mechanical and electrical defects and provides for free repairs; however, it does not apply to equipment that has been damaged through misuse.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days, provided you present proof of purchase. Furthermore, we offer a buy-back option for items beyond this period at up to 90% of their original value, with certain exclusions for accessories and damaged equipment.

We do not cover any postage costs. The guarantee is not transferable if the item is sold on to a third party. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
